WELCOME
The Physical Education Program at Northgate High School is designed to provide physical activity to promote a lifetime appreciation of physical fitness and wellness. All students should realize the importance of learning the skills, rules and strategies of team and individual activities. Our program also emphasizes social interaction, group dynamics, self-responsibility, self-image, and self-realization.
